If any of you are ever looking to run your first 5K, 10K 1/2 marathon or whatever (trust me, when I started running, pre-kids, I could not run for more than 2 minutes at a time, no joke - I have now done one 1/2 marathon and am training for a second)
It's a great way to stay motivated, signing up for a race - and you can find them all over, all the time. There are training programs on there and lots of other great fitness resources
