Does anyone have any favorite traditions you would like to share?

We have a lot! I'd like to come up with a couple more though that take place at home (a lot of our Christmas tradition takes place at Grandma's and Grandpas).
Some of the more recent ones are that I make oyster stew Christmas Eve (in addition to the traditional meal my Mom makes). This was my dh's Christmas tradition so I started to do it since we always have Christmas Eve/Day with my family.
Another fun thing my family has started doing on Christmas Day is play Dirty Santa. That's where everyone buys an inexpensive gift. Then we all draw numbers to see what order we pick presents in. Then we open the presents, can steal from each other, etc. The exact rules have taken some trial and error and every year we can't remember exactly what they are, lol.
I just wish there was a way to slow down time on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!

Adria - I hear you! I wish it could slow down! We do x-mas eve with family and my best friends family every year. Church and then Italian dinner out. It's really fun. I give the kids an ornament each year as well.
My x-mas cookies are a tradition that I do each year and I have passed down from my Mom.
We also spend forever opening presents - I don't let everyone go crazy, I do one at at time.
My dh's family makes a fried bread dough thing (think doughnuts) every year on x-mas morning.
