No costumes for us. The teachers didn't want the hassle with potty training and 17 kids. I can totally understand. I did send him in a cute bat sweatshirt though.
They had cupcakes yesterday and I think one of the other mothers brought a treat. They'll get sugared up tonight enough! They've done a ton of cute Halloween crafts and went to the pumpkin patch last week. So it has been festive.

Our daycare does the costumes but we didn't get to do it this year. A pipe busted the weekend before Halloween and water leaked all over the center. So they didn't get to celebrate because they center had to close all week. Thankfully they are reopening Monday.
I can actually see your daycare's POV. That is alot of dressing and undressing of costumes throughout the day. Yeah, our daycare would've had a full on party (I was to bring cookies) which is overkill for a bunch of 3 year olds, not to mention that trick or treating was later that night. I think my daycare goes a little overboard sometimes!
