1 can of Pumpkin 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg apple pie spice, optional to taste powdered ginger, optional (use if NOT serving with ginger snaps) 1 cup powdered sugar (up to 2 cups, as called for in original recipe, but that makes it REALLY sweet)
mix all well and serve with ginger snaps, wafers, crackers, etc.
I would start with only 1 c of sugar and then add more to taste. This is really great as a party snack (or even a desserty thing), and could not be easier.
