I saw this on Rachael Ray the other day and thought I'd try it. OMG is it good. LOL It literally took me 5 minutes to make and my kids loved it.
PB&J French Toast
5 eggs 1/3 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla 8 slices bread peanut butter jelly 2 tbsp butter
Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together. Make 4 pb&j sandwiches and dunk each one in the egg mixture. Heat 2tbsp butter in a skillet and cook each sandwich on both sides. Slice after they cool a little bit (pb runs a lot if they are still hot) and serve with syrup! so good

Yep that's what Rachael Ray said. LOL She also described it as disgustingly good. We had it again for breakfast today. LOL

Also try with cream cheese and jelly for a fancy breakfast! Make it with Jewish Challa bread and it is FABULOUS!!
