I plan on throwing this recipe together in the morning. I'll let you know how it turns out.
4 -5 boneless porkchops (mine will be frozen so I'm not putting in any water) 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Super easy...hopefully super tasty.
I will make some steamed asparagus w/baked potatoes on the side!

OMG, these were THE most tender pork chops I've ever had. They were literally falling a part. The whole thing looked so pretty when I got home. The pork chops were opaque-ish but well done and the soup was almost golden. I ended up making mashed taters instead of baked, w/asparagus on the side.

How long did you cook the pork chops? I usually am gone for about 11 hours (from door to door). Can I cook it on low that long?

Molly, I've never made these but have made chicken breasts similar to these with no problems. I'm a huge crockpot person, especially in the winter. Most of the time the stuff is in there 11 to 11-1/2 hours and it's usually fine. I always put the meat in frozen and cook on low. I don't think I've ever had anything that was too dry or burned but sometimes the sauce will get a little brown on the sides and is hard to clean off! Anyway, I think you'll be okay.
There's a ton of crockpot recipes on this site. Definitely check them out. I think the crockpot is a lifesaver for working parents!
