I am just curious where everyone has traveled with their kids. I have a 10 yr old and an almost 3 yr old. While we're planning on going to Disney next year where else to go after that?
So far we've been to Floriday (many times), Mrytle Beach, Tennessee. So where have you been?

We took a trip to Disney World w/my stepsons, but that was b4 dd was born. I would LOVE to take dd there in the next few years...we'll need to wait, I think, until the one baking in my belly is a bit older.
Other than that, nothing really major or huge. We do driving trips, b/c flying w/four kids (soon to be five) would just be insanely expensive. We like to go camping, although I have really lost interest in the tenting thing and haven't done that w/dd yet. I would love to get a camper and start doing that again. We did go on an overnight hiking trip last year, though, but that was just with my dss'. We went to the beach this summer (Rehoboth, DE). We've gone to visit my bro in MD numerous times, the first time being when dd was 8 mo old. That's about a 6 hr drive. We spent a day in DC while we were there one time.

Let's see.... NYC, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Hawaii, Los Angeles, Miami.....my kids both have frequent flier numbers!!! We're also going on a Caribbean Cruise (with the kids) this January - that should be interesting......
We haven't been to Disneyworld yet - my DH refuses to go! I am sure I will eventually wear him down, but right now he's put his foot down.

Wow! All our trips have been car trips. Our airplane trips since becoming parents have been just Mommy and Daddy (or in one instance, just Mommy). However, one car trip last summer was about 13 hours with a 2-year old. We did about 10 hours the first day and 3 the 2nd day. She did remarkably well. AD

We have a one year old and three year old.
We have been to San Francisco as our only major trip with both kids. All the other ones have been visiting family. We have also gone camping quite a few times in California for all of them. Family trips have been to Chicago, Michigan, and Boston.

Well, with my 3 yr old, we have been to Canada, Florida, Pennsylvania, the Caribbean (cruise) and the Acores (Islands off the coast of Portugal). Haven't traveled anywhere yet with my 8 month old, but we are planning on going to the Acores again in August. She will be 16 months and my 3yr old will be 4 then. I am hoping for an easy trip.

Wow! This is a tricky question for me because I have been to so many places as an ARMY brat and now as an adult. I have lived in Spain, Germany and Singapore. I have visited all Europe, Thailand, Malaysia, China, Japan, Morroco, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Virgin Island, Bahamas, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina, Costa Rica, Panama, Hawaii, Texas, California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington State and DC, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Kansas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota.
Should have probably summarized and say Caribbean, Europe, Asia, Australia, Central and Some South American and all over the states. Both driving, Cruises and Flying.
My oldest son has more points in Continental that my boss that is a VP. Now the baby is working on it already has some good ones due to 3 trips overseas in less than 2 years.
Not too bad

Let's see trips with 1 or both children have been to.... Alexandria, LA; St. Louis; Cincinnati; Valdosta, GA; Hudson, OH; the Outer Banks; FL; Caribbean cruise. All trips have been made in the car. I'll be taking the kids to FL in March & we're flying down. Mom & Dad's condo is on the beach and a little over an hour from Orlando. Since my dad's not going to be in there, we probably won't do DisneyWorld this trip, but hopefully sometime in the next year.
