I make this a lot for work potlucks and everybody likes it. Nobody believes it's low fat.
1 low-fat (premade) graham cracker crust 16 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar (can also use Splenda) 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract 2 whole egg whites 2/3 cup blueberry pie filling
Preheat oven to 375. Combine cream cheese, sugar or Splenda, vanilla extract, and egg whites. Spread over crust. Spoon blueberry pie filling on top; cutting through both layers with a knife several times for the swirled effect. Bake for 40 minutes and top with remaining blueberry pie filling.
