Take one box of spiraled noodles (Rotini works well). Cook al dente.
mix with one container of riccota, two large bags of mozzarella, a small jar of tomata sauce (with or without meat). Top with a good covering of more mozarella.
Cook in casserole dish covered for 1 hour at 375, uncover for 5-10 minutes or until top begins to brown!
Yummy and easier than full blown lasagna.
