Plum Crumb Pudding Recipe
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. water
2 c. sliced pitted plums
Vanilla or Butter Pecan Ice Cream
Combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter and water in a large bowl. Place alternate layers of crumb mixture and plums in a baking dish, ending with a plum layer. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream. Serves 4-5.
