Honey Dressing for Fruit Salad

This was my Mom's recipe - with summer approaching I thought I would share with the group.... it's a great side for Fruit Salad (and was a huge hit at Easter this year)

2/3 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup Honey
5 Tablespoons Vinegar
1 Tablepoon Lemon Juice
1 Cup Crisco Oil

Mix all ingredients and beat slowly until think

Makes 2 Cups

Refrigerate

Oh, and I sent this to someone else and they asked how to beat it - I use my mixer on low and it takes a good couple minutes to get thick (it's a little thinner than a honey consistency when it it done)
