We just had this the other night at someones house and it was awesome! Much easier than the spinach salad I make.
1 bag prewashed baby spinach
1 pear cut into pieces
crumbled bleu cheese
Marzettis Poppyseed dressing
optional - green onions
Just mix everything together and add enough dressing to coat the spinach but not drown it! You can even let people add the bleu cheese to their own salad if they don't like much of it. Doesn't get much easier than this! My kids love it too.
