2 pounds of lean hamburger or ground turkey 2 eggs 2 slices bread, in small cubes (can also use bread crumbs or crushed crackers) Milk Ketchup or salsa Salt and pepper 1 small onion, chopped
Beat eggs and add bread cubes. Add enough milk to moisten all. Add hamburger and squish everything together with your hands. Season as desired. Place in crockpot and shape to fit, flatten. Pour ketchup or salsa on top (enough to cover completely) Cook on low all day 8 - 12 hours.
