This recipe was rather impromtu but turned out wonderful!
3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts 2 red peppers sliced or chopped 2 bunches of broccoli chopped 1 can of cream of mushroom soup shredded cheddar cheese
Throw everything except the cheese in the crockpot on low for 6 - 8 hours. Serve and top with cheese!
