I haven't tried this yet, but it looks good & pretty simple!
Title: Drunken Turkey
Description: This is an easy way to prepare good, moist turkey. Great for dinner and sandwiches later.
Ingredients: 1 6-7lb. Turkey Breast 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted 2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes, dried 1/4 tsp. Tarragon 1 tsp. Paprika 1/4 Cup Cream Sherry or water
Directions: Place turkey breast in crock-pot, skin side up. Drizzle butter over turkey breast. Sprinkle with spices. Pour sherry or water into crock-pot.
Cook on high setting for 1 hour, then on low for 6 to 7 hours.
Make gravy with drippings.
Number Of Servings:8 to 10

Let me know how it is. I almost got a turkey breast this week to make this, but decided that I didn't have the energy to make it, LOL. I had a craving for homemade macaroni and cheese, that was my biggest mealtime "project" of the week, LOL.
