1 lb frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup 16 ounces fat free sour cream 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Put frozen chicken in bottom of crockpot. Mix soup, sour cream and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for seven or more hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
Very easy to prepare in the morning before work and always a big hit with the family.

I just made this yesterday. It is a favorite in our house--I make it once every couple of weeks. I serve it over rice, since my daughter prefers it, but I like it over egg noodles as well.
A variation of this is to use steak. I sometimes substitute a couple of frozen steaks for the chicken and it's really good. With this variation, you can also use the beefy onion soup mix.
