4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, frozen 1 big jar of chunky salsa
Put frozen chicken breasts in crockpot and cover with salsa. Cook on low all day (8 hours or so). Serve with tortillas, cheese, sour cream if desired. (I will often shred them and mix them with low-fat cream cheese to make enchiladas.)
Don't let its simplicity fool you--it's delicious!

This is my favorite go to recipe. I've never had anyone say they don't like it. I'm not a big salsa person either.

Hey I tried this recipe recently and it is AWESOME!!! Plus, if you forget to set the crockpot in the morning, it can be done pretty quickly on the stovetop even if you have frozen chicken breasts (boneless).

I make this one ALL the time - made it last night and my step-daughters were SO excited (they LOVE it!)

My kids like it too. The great thing about this dish is that it's SO easy and simple.
