Has anyone ever used one? Specifically, has anyone used one more recently than the Epilady craze of the early '90's? I just got one last week, and I LOVE it!!!! Yes, it hurt at first. But seriously, after the first few seconds the pain was completely bearable (I found it similar to getting a tattoo, if that helps anyone). I'm not trying to convince anyone (because I know it's not for everybody), but if you're curious you should definitely try it! Until I read a thread about it on another board, it had never ever occurred to me to use one. I never used an original Epilady, but I hear that the current models are MUCH better. I used it again today (a week after the initial use) for maintenance and it didn't hurt at all. This is the one I got: www.amazon.com/Philips-Norelco-HP2843-Satinelle-Epilator/dp/B000EX699O/ref=pd_sim_hpc_1/102-9385984-5364152

Really? I might have to add that to my Amazon wish list. I did have the original Epilady as a teenager and it hurt SO BAD I only used it a couple times. OMG it was awful! I hate shaving, etc. so I'm excited to hear this.
