I have a flight ALONE with a very active 1 year old and a 3 year old (just turned 1 and 3) in a couple weeks. I am scared to death of travel with the 1 year old - she has NO interest in toys or snacks, all she wants to do is go. She won't sit for 5 minutes on my lap, let alone a whole plane ride.
Buying her a seat at 1/2 price would be over $300, and just way outside my budget, plus, on the 2nd flight, she would be alone (the plane is 2 seats and 1 seat). Plus, dragging a carseat alone changing planes would be hard.
Any suggestions - I'm scared to death!
