Chicken and Rice Bake
Ingredients:
* 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 pieces) * ¼ tsp. paprika * ¼ tsp. black pepper * 1 cup rice * 1 can fat free cream of chicken soup * 1 can fat free chicken broth
Directions:
1. In a 9 x 13 glass dish (sprayed with fat free Pam) combine rice (uncooked), soup and broth, and spices. Snuggle chicken breasts in the mixture. 2. Cover with foil and Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serving Size/points:
This makes 4 servings. Each serving is 6 points.
