Hi everyone! I'm Caroline, mom to a 3 year old son and a 1 year old daughter. I work in the software business in various capacities like financials and account management.
My favorite thing about my job is the people I work with, I couldn't ask for better collaborators.
My least favorite thing about my job is that I really can't work from home, a benefit I wasn't looking for when I started there but would be great now!

Hi everyone! I'm Carla from Texas. I have one son that is 3 years old. I work for an environmental company. I am the Operations Analyst. I oversee operations and make sure our company complys with all of the rules and regulations that are set by the states and government. I love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else. Even though it can get stressful with deadlines and such, it is very rewarding to know you are making a difference in the environment. I'm a single mom as of Aug 05.
I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone. I hope you all have a great day!

I have been a mom for 3 years now and it's the best job I have ever had. My other job is in healthcare and I actually like my job for the first time in 5 years. It really helps to go to a job you like every day. I'm a working mom, not by choice, but by necessity. My husband has been unempolyed now for 1.5 years. He watchs our 3 year old during the day. We didn't agree on him being a stay at home parent, but it just happened.
I wish to connect with woman who also have children and work or have worked. I would enjoy giving and receiving. Hope to come back soon! MamaBlankie

Hi I'm Kelli. I'm a married mom to a daughter who is almost 7 and a son who recently turned 3. I work as an IT analyst/contractor in the theme park industry. As a little girl I always dreamed of being a working mom who had it all together(nope not a princess or ballerina LOL) . As an adult I'm learning that fairy tales are not always what they are cracked up to be LOL! I can't wait to share with other working moms.

Hey ya'll! I'm Beth Ann. I'm a working mom from Birmingham, Alabama. I have one son, a husband and some dogs that might as well be children!! I'm a web developer during the work day. I'm also on the Real Working Mom staff. I'm so excited about this site and message board. The online world offered me such a huge support base when I became a working mother. I'm excited to be a part of something that is giving back just a bit.

Hi, I'm Dianna from Phoenix, AZ. I'm a working, single mother to Chris 15, Xavier 13 and Michael 3. I've worked for the State of Arizona for about 8 years now. In 2001, I left the State to become a fulltime student but was reinstated again in 2003. I'm still a fulltime student (majoring in business but might change my major) and should grad in May 07. I think I'm going to keep going to pursue another degree after that, however. We'll see if I can handle it.

Hi everyone! I'm Cindy. I live in Tennessee and am the mom to 2 beautiful daughters, 6 and 3 years.
I work full time in the Health Insurance Industry as a supervisor/coordinator over a testing area. It's challenging work and even though being home with my children is precious, I really do like working! It's so great that we're able to do both!! :-)
